A transfer can complete while the deal is still unresolved.
Sinetti holds the payment until the agreed delivery process is complete. Before funds move, the terms fix the parties, amounts, deadlines, verifier and arbitrator.
The contract does not judge the work. It records evidence and the verifier's verdict. If an eligible party disputes that verdict, the named arbitrator decides how the escrow is allocated.
The current release is source code and documentation for inspection and local testing. It is unaudited, has no supported public deployment and must not be used with real funds.
